Refund And Returns Policy

At Africapaws, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or alterations.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including tags and any accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at Info@africapaws.co.za with your order number and reason for the return. Please include photos if the item is defective or damaged.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: Ship the item back to the provided address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. This process can take up to 7 business days.
  5. Refund or Exchange: If approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account. If an exchange is requested, we will ship the new item to you promptly.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at Info@africapaws.co.za
