How to Initiate a Return

  • Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  • Return Shipping: Ship the item back to the provided address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. This process can take up to 7 business days.
  • Refund or Exchange: If approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account. If an exchange is requested, we will ship the new item to you promptly.

Defective or Damaged Items

Exchanges
